[DARARepeater] Shmoocon talk on jailbraking the firmware on the Tytera MD380 DMR radio

For those of you who picked up the MD380 from CSI during their sale or are
considering picking one up, Hackaday posted a Shmoocon talk regarding the
reverse engineering of the lower cost Tytera DMR radio.
So far the firmware patches enable putting the radio into promiscuous mode
(Receive all talkgroups, allow radio to function as a scanner) and
replacing the boot screen, but one of the big future goals is to support
other (P25 Phase I & II/D-Star/Fusion).
