[DARARepeater] Soldering Stations have arrived

The soldering stations have arrived, although the spare tips are delayed due
my error, but they will be here by next week. Steve Reed will have the
machines with him tomorrow night for Keith, Greg (2), Dr. Mark, Mitch Neal,
Bill Wilson, and Karen Moak. I chose not to burden Steve with the refunds,
but each of you who paid $300 ahead will be getting a $47 refund next week,
along with the spare 2 mm tip. Sorry for the delay on that but I will be on
the road tomorrow.
