[DARARepeater] Sendmail on Pi

Followup to last Thursday's 2am marathon meeting aftermath.

I've now got sendmail MTA (mail tranport agent) installed on a Pi.

As expected, it was a standard package and trivial to install.
Configuration to get it to successfully send out mail is 'easy' but
requires some knowledge of how e-mail protocols work. There are also a
ton of options that can be used to 'tune' the server for the desired
environment it will be used in. Right now I'm just using the defaults as
proof of concept.

So it looks like having a Pi mailserver to send e-mail alerts/noticies
initiated by an Arduino with an ethernet shield in response to some sensor
is indeed do-able.
