The TNG did not use the projector and screen this past week.  We were there
till about 2 am Friday morning and I do not recall seeing the screen down or
on.  

TNG - Do any of you recall seeing the screen down?

Did the security footage show when the screen came down or did you search
that far back?

MEMBERS and Site Manager:

While checking the video at DARA clubhouse Saturday evening the 11th of
April for security, I noticed the projector in the east classroom was on and
the screen was in the lowered position, but no one in the building.  

Apparently it has been on since Thursday evening, as no one else used the
system since the Thursday night group.

I went in on Sunday morning to turn the projector off.

Normally, the projector will automatically turn itself on and simultaneously
lower the screen when attaching a computer or other device to the wall plate
below the screen.  The same happens to the four monitors in the east class
room, board room, lounge, and new HF radio room when using their respective
wall plates and the Crestron Control Panel is in the HOME display position.
(Must be in the Home display position for the system to turn on
automatically).

When disconnecting the computer or other device, the projector and/or
monitors DO NOT automatically shut down.  

You must bring the Crestron Control Panel to the HOME display position, then
tap the SHUTDOWN tab.  This will turn off the projector, retract/raise the
screen and/or turn off the monitors in use for that room only.

We are fortunate that we did not burn out the light bulb in the projector.
(Do we have a spare)?
