[CW] Mobile "finger" key

There are indeed QRQ mobile operators, one of the operators who sponsored
me for Chicken-Fat-Operators-Club, Joe, WB1GLC, used to drive around
sending at 50 WPM and refused to sponsor me unless I could match his speed.

My Bencher paddles overheated!
