[CW] Iambic Keyers

I prefer mode A as well as that's the configuration that doesn't store
"extra" dots and dashes while sending the current character.  Jack Curtis,
K6KU designed it that way.

I talked to him at length about it back in 1976. I was so impressed with
his work I nominated him for an award from the Veteran Wireless Operators
Association http://vwoa.org/ which he accepted.

Morserino has programmed "enhanced mode B" by default which requires
additional time to force the retention memory.  I just avoid the problem by
going to mode A.

Jack Curtis, K6KU spent all that time designing it and he got it right:
