[CW] ITU OPERATIONAL PROVISIONS APPLYING TO MORSE AND SOUNDER WORKING

    The only time I heard CP used was by KPH in its introduction to the 
daily press transmissions. CP CP CP de KPH KPH KPH, now RCA UPI PRESS 
FOR SUBSCRIBERS ON  followed by a list of frequencies. The other 
stations sending the same press, KFS, WCC, WSL sent CQ.
