authorized 5 kW on 472 kHz.

Weather broadcast with modulated CW on 500 kHz call up preceded by the
prefix TTT for navigational broadcast and switching to regular unmodulated
CW (A1) on the working frequency of 472 kHz for the remainder of the
transmission.

Unfortunately, he can only contact ships and other coast stations.

Currently WNE only transmits infrequently.
