[CW] Hollow state keyer

Thanks Walter! It was considerably ditier when I got it, but it hadn't been
beaten up too badly. I did have to fabricate the paddle itself as what was
on there when I got it was a poor substitute hung on the stub of the shaft.
. Still , it hadn't been hacked on and nothing in the mechanical section
was too buggered up.

It would be interesting to know what patents they had to license from the
RCA patent pool.
