[CW] Excellent sideswiper sending from F8GNV

There is NO Stop on my Vibroplex Standard Keyer Paddle, only a center
position where the springs hold the lever in the center.

That key uses the same two lever method of keying as the Vibroplex bug, the
dash lever is the short lever which pivots independently of the longer dot
lever.  You cannot make either of the two independent levers continue past
the center point because their design prevents this, the lever only closes
in one direction on each of the two levers'
