[CW] High Speed Morse Claims

It's not hard to get to recognize "CQ CQ CQ ... " sequences in RTTY,  and
also the "RYRYRY..." sequence that's often sent as a test/tuning signal .
That's as much as I managed when I used to be active on RTTY .
