    Wow. I wonder if the chirpy signals are an artifact of the 
receiver. I do remember hearing a lot of chirpy and hummy signals 
from fishing boats on the HF marine bands. Its interesting that 
all of this is at a pretty constant speed, maybe 20WPM or a bit 
more. I can spot some bugs in there but I suspect most were hand 
keys.
