[CW] Lea Ball, AL7W on Morse Sending

    I wonder if this is the same as intention tremor. That is a 
tremor that happens when you are trying to do something but is 
not there if the muscles are relaxed. You can hold your hands out 
without any tremor but if you try to pick something up you shake.
