[CW] Beautiful W4PAL Micro Bug

It's a one-off key. At the end of his life he just wanted to see what he 
could do. He was a fine machinist and engineer. He made some beautiful keys and clocks.

I never saw this one except in this photo he sent me.

I figured it would not work as well as a full sized key. The bigger keys in my experience always worked better. The dots were cleaner and more uniform.

One bug that I predict is one of the best although I don't think I've ever used one is the "TACo" Chicago McElroy bug, often they had a hole in the base. It's a big long key.
