[CW] Fwd: [SSN] SAQ Reception

Darrel, aa7fv sends a reception report as received from SAQ on 17.2 kHz
via the Twente, NL SDR receiver. Sound file attached.

No hope of receiving SAQ directly here in Arizona, but I went to the
Twente websdr and received it. Below is the waterfall display - you can
just see the thin vertical line at 17.2 kHz, with some CW. This was just
before 09:00 UTC (2 am local time). As you see, there's a lot of both QRM
and QRN around the frequency.
The attached file is a sound recording of some of the reception, again
courtesy of the Twente websdr.
Years ago I visited the Grimeton site - very impressive. This is the first
time I've actually heard SAQ over the air, albeit via a websdr.
