[CW] Exclamation point

    I recognize the dollar sign as one from American Morse, SX. 
The ampersand & is ES in both Morse and Continental. Contnental 
for parenthesis is KK -.--.- for both opening and closing. This 
might be Philips code. All the others look familiar.
    Philips code has a very wide range of pro signs to allow the 
use of the code for fairly literal transmission of press and 
similar material. For instance, a prosign indicating the 
following character was a capital letter.
    No one ever seems to mention the short lived Bain code or the 
U.S.Navy code used briefly by it for wireless.
