[CW] Fake or Real? MGY

My arthritis comes and goes. I can't figure out what its
related to, doesn't seem to be the weather. I sometimes get
excruciating pain in one or two hand joints. Lasts maybe a month
and then goes away. When I had carpal tunnel release surgery on
my left hand it seemed to have helped a lot. I still get painful
joints but the general flexibility is much better. I will have it
done on the right hand soon because I am beginning to have
trouble typing. I don't think I have any tumeric but its easy to
find at the grocery and, of course, have black pepper. Worth a try.
Oh, yes, clicking joints. I have what is called "trigger
finger" where the finger moves suddenly and clicks or pops. hand
surgeon explained what this is about and said he could fix it by
sticking a fine needle up the shafts of the connective tissue. I
never had it done because, like the arthritis, the trigger finger
went away by itself. This also comes and goes, usually in the
same joints each time. Have it for perhaps a month and then it
just goes. I have come to the conclusion that doctors really have
no idea what causes any of this stuff.
When I was young I used to wonder why old people talked about
their health so much, now I know.
