[CW] Fake or Real? MGY

I had some problems with arthritis in my hands to the point joints
couldn't be moved without clicking.  I solved that problem by increasing
turmerick in my diet along with ground black pepper eaten together in
the same dishes.  All that's left from it is a slight loss of
flexibility very shortly before my fingers make a fist.
