The slight delay the developer put in after sending the code, seemed like a
good idea for head copy.

I checked all the tutor software I have and only LCWO.net and its below the
covers code engine ebook2cw supported
this. Since I support a number of ebook2cw features in "cwpt" I added an
option to take advantage of the feature.

Its EB_WS for "ebook word spacing", so it applies a scaling factor to the
INTER word spacing. Changing practice text like:
"one two three test" to "one   two   three   test" as an example.

All my code, readme, sample options file etc are updated - unfortunately I
have no idea if anyone is even using the tool, so I hope i'm not wasting
your time.
If you are the current version is 1.7, anything older should be replaced.
