[CW] ARRL QSLs Awards Wallpaper Certificates

At age 74 after 61 years of pounding brass, I've seen a lot of Ham Radio Stuff.You join an organization or club for mutual benefit ... you gain pleasure more than you lose membership costs. Last year I shred over 28000 QSLs collected over these years ... at expensive postage costs ... no more pleasure.That day came when collecting wallpaper is no longer fun ... no more pleasure.  You earn an award then you have to pay for the piece of paper ... no pleasure.
All I do is keep a good logbook which breaks down my DXCC countries, States, etc for awards. I am self-satisfied to see what I've done and am not out to prove anything to anyone.
(Anybody can install stacked Log periodics on 100 foot towers and run 1500 watts and work the world... maybe that gives them their pleasure!)
