N1EA Modified Method of Sideswiper Sending.

Originally sideswiper users were instructed to pull the lever towards their
body at the start of each transmission.  However with the introduction of
the Vibroplex semiautomatic key with dot sending on the thumb side, the
possibility of sending confusion arrived.

So to keep my keyer and bug fist, I came up with this modification to that
method to help me lessen the confusion.
