[CW] New ARRL Code Proficiency Certificate Program

I finally let my membership expire last year.  They have become a 
modern corporation:  market driven, professionally operated.  Today 
that means a sort of hyper-tech emergency/search and rescue customer 
base.  We are a fringe group now.
