[CW] Where did the SINE come from?

That was from the SOWP call book of 1977.  Each station had a list of sines
and it was up to the station manager if they would reissue a sine if the
original owner was no longer there.  WSC reissued DR to me as the original
DR had passed away.

I thought about making that comment but I left the original as it was.
