[CW] FCC Telegraph (T) License Question Pool Errata

In the back of my mind, that was true, only when the Extra cw test was taken at an FCC office.

QSL Bureau, DIRECT, LOTW Preferred, eQSL used but upload at a courtesy only, as do not use the system for awards.
