[CW] FCC Telegraph (T) License Question Pool Errata

A few years ago, FCC eliminated two of the FCC radiotelegraph licenses,
which were  T3, T2, and T1, third class, second class, and first class
radiotelegraph operator's certificates.  You needed a T2 or T1 to operate a
ship radiotelegraph station, and you needed a T1 to be a Chief Radio
Officer on a passenger ship.

I knew some of the official answers for the FCC radiotelegraph license were
incorrect, but I had no idea how many were incorrect.

Certificate, this would help with studying for Element 6.
