[CW] Correct key for B-17 WWII bomber?

Greetings to the group,
Thanks to all who answered my question about bugs on military aircraft.
Today I toured the B-17 and the radio op station looked all like the real thing.  I have some good shots if anyone is interested. 
The only thing that looked not correct was the straight key on the desk.  It was an old bunnel that was correct for older landline (RR) use.
So what would be a period correct straight key?
J37, 38, 45 ?   I want to give them one that might be more correct. Any ideas ?  Jim
