[CW] Vibroplex scratchy dits solved!!!!!!!

I owe you big time for this alcohol idea, Joe. I just lightly wet a
piece of card stock with some alcohol and ran it through the dit
contacts a few times. MAGICAL results. The bug sounds great again!
The solvent must have gotten something that just the card alone and
Deoxit couldn't handle. Back in the "old days" there was enough across
the key to keep the contacts good and clean with little to no outside
