Yes, I have/had bug de-scratcher from Jackson Harbor Press.  To be 
honest, I can't remember the results.  That was before I was QRX for awhile.
Hmm?  I'll have to look around for it.

We had experimented with a similar circuit back when I was with either 
IBM or Xerox to solve a relay contact issue.  I doubt I even have the notes
from then.  I keep some 24# bond paper here and I cut strips from that 
to clean contacts.  The bond paper works like a very fine burnishing blade.
Of course, it only works by pulling through, but that is good.  I keep 
small pill bottles, one of alcohol and the other with paper strips, by 
my keys.
