[CW] Elimination of CW-Only Sub-bands

Ron,

Your friend was typing with his thumb?  Poor man to be ravaged by
arthritis, it can be very severe.  It shows the determination of our
vets, the fruit of which we all enjoy today:  A Free Nation.

Hopefully someone will have some additional thoughts on this proposal
in the form of a sample opposition.
