[CW] The Quadra Bug

WB9LPU Richard Meiss has assembled another ingenious key, this time he
returns to one of his (and mine) favorite QUESTS - a fully mechanical
automatic key that sends both correctly spaced and formed dots and
correctly spaced and formed dashes!

I tell some people that often bugs are difficult animules to get sending
well, unlike other keys where you can adjust the key to your fist, you have
to adjust your fist to the key when it comes to Vibroplex type keys.

Old timers will see the value of adjusting the fist to the key after
they've tried to get the correct adjustment on one bug what won't make
decent dots!
