[CW] ARRL band plan change

I too have done that.  No matter what "they" say, cw simply is not 
compatible with voice, rtty or these newer digital signals.   And, it 
frankly, would run me crazy to NOT be able to hear the signals I was 
working.  Even with JT65/JT9 I listen to the freqs.  Those modes will 
give you 100 percent readout, even though you may see nothing at all on 
the waterfall screen- but you can usually hear "something" on the 
freqs.  I have printed out complete contacts, though, and never heard or 
saw the other ops signal.  Amazing modes, and state of the art - but 
dont be in a hurry.
