Hi Guys,

Excuse me for my ignorance here, but the notion of "official" and "legally binding" band plans simply escapes me as to their necessity...

Some years ago when our Industry Canada completely ELIMINATED CW & phone sub-bands, I feared for the absolute worst here---like local SSB roundtable nets gathering on 7010-KHz, etc.

But know what...? It simply never happened.

So why even bother...?
