[CW] ARRL Band Plan

The band plan says "RTTY."

If you like the proposed band plan then by all means endorse it.

ARRL often ignores their own band plan and they have for years. It is a strange process but it 
CAN affect the workings at FCC. 

I prefer the explicit acknowledgement of CW at 7100 - 7125 kHz. You may disagree. RTTY is 
almost never used there.  Your opinion is fine with me if you differ. Just make your 
preference known to the ARRL and or FCC.  As a CW op, I have made my point of  view 
known. I don't want to debate the merits. Just encouraging others to participate.
