Ahoy K1VV! - I feel like Alexander Bell today I guess.
MorseKOB is not hosted on sdf.org so update your bookmarks.
http://kob.sdf.org/morsekob/
If you want a web based application which is a MUST for Mac and Linux users
like myself, you have to use MorseKOB 3.0 - click on the link on that page.
Windows users can use Morse KOB 2.x an executable program.
Also, there still exists the DOS program the MILL - which works under DOS
Box for Linux, Mac and other users who have a DOS emulator.
I put W4FOK's program "The MILL" up on the Internet Archive, it would only
take it in zipped format as it didn't like exe files.
You can always find my uploads including the MILL here:

The MILL is here: https://archive.org/details/Mill04a
Exactly here: https://ia801607.us.archive.org/30/items/Mill04a/mill04a.zip
I probably put it up in the wrong collection, I'll put it in software
eventually.
