[CW] cw statistics

The skimmers actually pick up DE and the call sign even if your in a
conversation, try it, don't send CQ and have the reverse beacon network
pick you up!

Also if you send too fast the RBN doesn't pick you up, I've sent at 45 wpm
and been ignored.  I think the upper limit is 30 wpm.
