I think my 130 foot 1/4 wave vertical would fit the bill.  Half wave
antennas are huge - 260 foot and only provide a 3 dB gain over the normal
1/4 wave.

But all things considered 1/2 wave is better than 1/4 wave, but I think you
might be confusing our readership because some might think "1/2 wave
dipole, full size" and "1/2 wave vertical, full size" which it isn't.  A
full size vertical is 1/4 wave.

Just for the guys scratching their heads.
