I agree with you, Richard.

I have DXCC on 80 and I had it worked on 160 metres, but moved down here 
and did not pursue the QSLs.
I am only half way there on 160 from here. Of course, I use CW mostly.  
But, then what do we know,
200 metres and above?  Yes, the maritimer operators used these 
frequencies quite effectively.
