[CW] ARRL's Reply Comment re Baud Rate Petition

COPYING CW THRU SSB QRM IS NOT FUN IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT TRIED IT.  SSB OPS
CAN USE BEAT FILTERS TO KILL CW.  CW OPS WILL HEAR SOME SSB QRM WITH ANY
WIDTH FILTER.  I THINK YOU HAVE IT BACKWARDS.
