[CW] Morse code for ! and #

Back then the only punctuation in a Naval message was "X".  Never knew what a question mark was, in fact "IMI" was a repeat signal.  If there absolutely needed to be punctuation in a Naval message it was spelled.  "PD" = period, "CMM" = comma, "PAREN" = open parenthesis, "UNPAREN" = close parenthesis! and "QUERY" = question mark.  We used Underwood mills, and never touched the shift key at all when copying traffic.
