If the British Army uses UK barred for a CAPS shift signal, what is "Stan
Barr", barred used for? I hope it stands for "Magna Carta Libertatum"
surely one of the greatest documents ever produced by any people.

*di-di-dit-dah-di-dah-dah-di-dah-di-di-di-di-dah-di-dah-di-di-dah-dit*
(stanbarr
barred, that is sent as one symbol) is elegant enough, is or is that taking
the barring to an unheard of level?

I shall never again think of Stan Barr without thinking of the Magna Carta.
