[CW] Vibroplex Original Damper Wheel

On earlier bugs maybe pre-Maine 1979 there was a screw on the main lever
that afixed that lever and when tightened against the vertical trunnion pin
prevented the main lever from moving up or down, but by loosening it
permitted height adjustment by this simple adjustment.

Current and post aproximate 1979 Vibroplex bugs modified the fixing of the
main lever so that the trunnion pin was swedged so that it was forced into
the main lever by force of a rubber mallet so that it would not move, but
alas was no longer adjustable.  Alighnment of dot contacts had to be done
by adjustment of top and bottom trunnion end screws, the post WW2 Deluxe
models as previously mentioned only having a lower adjustment screw.
