LOL as they say now! Hans, I trust you are joking.
The answers to the amateur and commercial examinations have been published
since around 1988 or so when the Volunteer Examiner program started!
Now the purpose of both amateur exams and commercial exams is to be able to
answer the published questions and published answers! No kidding! News
Flash! :-) Old news for most of us.
As this page<http://wireless.fcc.gov/commoperators/index.htm?job=question_pools>on
the FCC web site states:
Examination Question Pools
Examination question pools, with answers, are available for downloading
below.
[Note: From time to time, the Commission may change the number of questions
to be included in the examination for a particular element and/or the
number of answers needed to pass the examination. The Commission will issue
a public notice or take other actions to inform the public of any such
change.]

*Element 3* (Word <http://wireless.fcc.gov/commoperators/element3.doc>)

Same as with the Amateur Radio examinations!
Not like when I took my Novice, General, Amateur Extra, or my 3rd 'phone,
2nd 'phone, 1st 'phone, 2nd 'telegraph and 1st 'telegraph - now just
"Extra", "GROL" and "Telegraph" license!
One thing hasn't changed is that the code test doesn't have the answers
published, what has changed is that NOW the Amateur Extra 20 wpm test is
accepted for the "Radiotelegraph" license. It never was before, nor was
the T2 license code test acceptable for the Extra (or lower) class, however
the T1 license code test at 25 wpm was accepted for Extra class credit (and
I suppose for lesser grades!).
Progress!
