THIS IS GREAT NEWS FOR THE ZL HAMS. I HAVE NOTICED ALL THE EFFORT FOR 137
KHZ FOR USA HAMS. WHY NOT THE 470 KHZ INSTEAD? MANY FORMER OPS HAVE FOND
MEMORIES OF THIS SPECTRUM AND WOULD USE IT IF ALLOWED. 137 KHZ SOUNDS
DIFFICULT FOR MOST OPS. I HOPE WE CAN WORK THE ZL HAMS ON 470 KHZ SOMEDAY.
