Mike,
If you're referring to the screw feature which converts the key from 
dual to single paddle mode, I currently only have one long screw on 
the S/N 009 paddle with no holder for extra screws.  It's possible if 
those parts were supplied, I have them stashed away in the original 
box with the original paperwork.

Each has three different screws lengths and optional spacers provided 
for personalizing the paddle spacing.  Both of mine have the extra 
screws / spacers screwed into the back of the key below the RCA 
jacks.  Now that I look at them side by side, the layout of the 
holding positions of those optional screws / spacers changed sometime 
between SN 009 (two pairs, one set above the other) and S/N 074 (two 
pairs, side by side) .  So it looks like he made slight changes has 
production progressed.

Each came with the required allen wrenches and magnetic strip on the 
left upright.  And yes, my call affixed to the top of both.
