[CW] Frattini Bug (Jim Garrison)

One interesting thing about the bug it is the key that Pietro Begali,
I2RTF uses.  Alberto Frattini, I1QOD is without doubt the better CW
operator - he is blazingly fast.  Both are professional machinists
Alberto is retired from the aeronautics field.

I'd say that this is likely to be quite a contest but I'd favor Pietro
on this one as he actually sends all the time with a bug.

Pietro also seems to be more inovative which means he has built lots
of prototypes.  :-)
