[CW] Japan to eliminate Morse Testing

That may be true bur remember they dropped the requirement.
I the ham wants to he can still learn CW on his own.
Just look at all the CW QRP clubs in the United States.
Also it just may drag in some hams that only want phone and it's nice to
hear a voice of a DX ham.
I don't think it will hurt them or us.
