Here's a fairly accurate description of it:

As you see, the record for code groups (letters) is 300 characters per
minute (real characters!) which is approx. 360 cpm / 72 wpm PARIS. The
top competitors at these competitions from Belarus, Russia and Romania
use pencil, paper and a special shorthand system to copy this. The
groups are sent for one minute and three errors are allowed.

Very high speeds above 100wpm (peaking somewhere near 200wpm) are
usually reached in the RufzXP competition, i.e. callsign receiving,
and just one callsign at a time.
