Hello HM,
I don't know who made the key, but I do know that most of the world's
telegraph equipment experts subscribe to the morsecode at mailman.qth.net email
list. You might want to subscribe to that list, in the meantime, I will
forward the message to you. I don't believe they have html "on" as I have on
this list. I have set it for small messages so small pictures can pass.
