[CW] CW trends on the ham bands -- as I experience it

We have referred newer hams to the ON4WW web page ... 
http://www.on4ww.be/OperatingPracticeEnglish.html

This is one of the best for newer hams... we ask them to print it out and 
read it 3 or 4 times ....

Everything from how to call CQ ...  to working DX ....
