I get the same problem with people who do not read emails. I will send 
an email to one of my buddies asking them a question about something or 
other and they will reply and not answer the question. They won't say 
they don't know or even acknowledge the question was asked. This happens 
a LOT in some of my business communications. I will explain something to 
a client and they will turn right around and ask me a question to which 
the previous email provided the answer. I don't know if people just 
don't thoroughly read, don't comprehend, or just plain don't care. I 
have noticed these occurrences have really picked up in the last few 
years or so. I guess everyone is in too much of a hurry to pay attention 
to details (or they think they are anyway).
